My name is Paul and I have been part of the Broadway staff since 2012. Over that time I have done a variety of roles, currently I am the Surrey Campus pastor and the CityReach Surrey Director.

I’m honoured to serve as the Worship Pastor of Broadway Church. It is with joy that I lead the amazing people in the Worship and Creative Arts Ministries.

We are 1 church meeting in 3 different locations – Vancouver, PoCo, and Surrey. I work alongside our team of Campus Pastors to see each local congregation flourish. I wonder what city God might call us to next? I also have the privilege of providing leadership and vision to Broadway’s urban outreach, the CityReach Care Society – which serves the practical needs of vulnerable kids and individuals in our community by operating “Greater Vancouver’s Freshest Food Bank” and other food security programs and events. One of my favorite parts about my role is getting to preach and teach on a Sunday and introducing people to Jesus for the first time.

I have the privilege of overseeing the Operations and Discipleship of Broadway Church. In my role, I work with all of our ministry leaders to ensure they have all that they need to lead people to Christ-centered living. It’s an honour to serve alongside so many great leaders as we work hard to reach our city!

Hi!  I am responsible for the general management and administration of all the facilities under the Broadway Church umbrella, which includes: the Vancouver Campus, the Warehouse Campus, the Port Coquitlam Campus and the Broadway Manor housing facility.  My role encompasses overseeing all capital improvements to our facilities. capital equipment purchases, grounds maintenance, as well as maintenance of all the church vehicles.  I oversee an amazing team of staff who daily care for and maintain our buildings and grounds, as well as the staff who run Timber Bistro.

Hi!  I am the financial controller for Broadway Church which includes all financial reporting, oversight of budgets and risk management controls.  I am responsible for the human resources for all employees under the Broadway Church umbrella.  And finally, I oversee the general church operations related to administrative and operational policies and procedures.  It has been my pleasure to serve this church family for over three decades.

I am very honored to be the Campus Pastor of the Port Coquitlam Campus.  I am responsible for pastoring and overseeing the ministries at the PoCo Campus.  It’s an exciting time

in the Tri-Cities with many outreach opportunities, and I enjoy working with the Broadway Team in reaching out to our communities.

Greetings! My name is Adriano, and I am excited to work with the Discipleship team here at Broadway Church to help people take the next step in their walk with Jesus. Often you’ll find me in classes such as The Alpha Course, Water Baptism, and other adult bible classes; I’m passionate about helping people grow in Christ and tap into the power of the Holy Spirt for their daily lives. I’m eager to get to know you!

I have the privilege of overseeing our Children’s and Family Ministries.
I work closely with our Children’s Ministry staff and volunteers who help make our kids programs irresistible. At Broadway Kids and Families, we are passionate about children hearing the message that they matter and are designed and loved by God. We also want families to be equipped to be the best parents possible though community, teaching and the transformational love of Christ.

Hey! I’m Kelyta, and I’m honoured to be the Children’s Pastor here at the Vancouver Campus. Kids Ministry has a special place in my story, because some of my favourite memories of my childhood were with my friends at church learning Bible stories.  The reason why I love being part of this team here at Broadway Church so much is that I know how it can impact someone's life! I have the privilege of leading our Kids Ministry at our Surrey Campus along with our amazing team. It excites me that we can share God’s love in a way kids can understand. I hope to see you soon!

Hi, I'm Elma, the Early Years Pastor. I have a heart for children, and I oversee the age 0 to 5 program in our Kids’ Ministry. My joy is in sharing God's love with them, and I'm blessed to work with an amazing team of volunteers. Together, we create a warm and loving environment where kids can grow in faith and experience God's grace.

I am honoured to walk alongside parents of individuals with diverse abilities. My goal is to provide encouragement to these families, as well as making Broadway a more inclusive church. I am fascinated by differently wired minds and have a heart for people with exceptionalities. My role is to make sure they are safe and welcomed. I am blessed to serve together with an amazing team as we assist children in building a relationship with Jesus.

Hey there! My name is Nathan, and I have the joy of being the Young Adults Pastor at our Vancouver Campus here at Broadway. I love specialty coffee, reading a good book, and am an avid sports fan. I am passionate about Young Adults finding a safe space to grow deeper in their discipleship to Jesus, finding enriching community, and helping people understand what God’s word says. I have the humble honour of being the Youth Pastor for the Vancouver Campus. I juggle deep questions, personal connection, youth activities and dodgeballs to create a safe space where teens can strengthen their relationships with each other and most importantly, Christ. My job is equal parts spiritual guidance and snack distribution, ensuring everyone leaves with a full heart and a full stomach. Who knew faith and fun could be such a perfect match? Hi! I am so honoured to be the pastor of Broadway's youth and young adults in Port Coquitlam and Surrey! What a privilege it is to point youth and young people to Jesus, teach them the Bible, disciple them, and just be able to do life with them!  My hope and prayer is that we are able to be a safe space for all to come and meet Jesus and grow in their faith!  I might be hard to spot on a Sunday as I bounce between our Poco and Surrey campuses, but if you manage to spot me, please feel free to come up and say hi! Hey guys! I have the privilage of working alongside Pastor Desiree for in the Young Adults Ministry. It's such an honour to witness what God is doing within the Young Adults community. My job consists of helping plan YA Nights and The Gathering services. I also oversee the Young Adults worship team and Sunday's sports activities after the 6 pm service. Hi, I'm the person behind the photos and posts you see on our social media. I have the privilege of planning, creating, implementing and monitoring the church's Social Media strategy to increase our online presence spreading God's Word in a fun and creative way.

Hey there! I am responsible for the video production/editing of the content for Church Online that is streamed every Sunday, including weekly announcements, hosting segments and Worship. I am also the Music Director for our morning gatherings at our Vancouver Campus.

I’m one of the creative minds that has the privilege of working at Broadway Church. As a Graphic Designer and Desktop Publisher, I’m responsible for producing creative print and "promo" materials for this amazing and blessed church.

I have the honor of serving with our creative team for all our Sunday platforms, church online, and worship experiences. My goal is to create moments that usher people into spaces where they can connect, engage, and be inspired through thoughtful design and intentional production.

I have the privilege of working with a warm and dedicated team that shares the love of Jesus through social media. I began following Broadway Church on social media a year before I arrived in Vancouver, and now I'm proud to be a part of the social media team that presents the message of Jesus' love to the world.

Hey! I am the person responsible for supervising and executing the technical aspects of our church, providing the necessary support for our services, ministries, and other activities. I also handle the audio mixing for our Worship sets, contributing to a better atmosphere in our Church Online as well. Hello friends. My name is Ivan, and my role is to oversee the Chinese Ministry, both Mandarin and Cantonese. My goal is to bring people closer to Jesus and lead them to experience the joy, fun, excitement, laughter, and tears of being a Christian. Broadway Church is a great family which serves the community in many ways, and I am thrilled to be a part of it.  I look forward to connecting with you.

I love our friendly and welcoming Broadway Church community across all of our Campuses. It is an honour to journey alongside individuals and families during their most vulnerable and significant moments. My job allows me to support people as they grow in their faith and recognize their full potential.  Additionally, my role in Global Outreach allows me to engage with and support our Global Workers as they show the love, care and compassion of Christ to those around the world.
