Broadway Interns 2026 is for YTH who want to grow their faith, character, confidence, and to practice Spirit-led leadership.
Together, we’ll discover that real leadership isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room, it’s about serving others, taking responsibility, being teachable, and being willing to say, “Here I am, God. Send me.”
Throughout the summer, interns will get hands-on ministry experience, develop meaningful friendships, have fun adventures, receive leadership lessons from multiple Broadway Pastors, and have multiple opportunities to step outside their comfort zone and grow their trust and dependence on Christ.
This isn’t just about filling a role, it’s about becoming the kind of person who shows up, steps up, and leads with humility, courage, and purpose.
